Return or exchange on products can be done only once and within 5 days of receiving the order except in the following cases:
- Products perishable in nature
- Gift Certificates
- Items that have been used or opened
- An item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
- Items sourced or delivered outside India.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- Or there might be a manufacturing defect
- Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases, as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.
Returns or replacements will be allowed only within 5 days after delivery.
- To get a replacement, Place a return request on the ‘Return and Exchange’ option at the footer of the website or through this link directly.
- Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will send a delivery pickup executive to pick up the parcel.
- Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will proceed with the return only if the product is returned undamaged. Following this, your refund, or a gift card, or an exchange will be initiated as per your requirements.
- The refund will take 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
Our Return Policy:
- Replacement request must be made within 5 days of purchase.
- There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
- In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither Osvag.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

After refunding the money it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives and the customer can choose whatever is suited the best.
If the order is confirmed by us but is not able to ship on time, we then give a refund if the customer demands it.
